The CPR Effect™ was born from both research and reality. It’s the product of my lived experiences as an educator, leader, and survivor of toxic organizational spaces. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when care is missing, purpose is misaligned, and respect is dismissed. I’ve also witnessed the transformation that happens when those values are centered, protected, and practiced.
